For applicants

If an employer invites you to work through a Calavion environment, this is what to expect. You read an orientation, then work through a situation based on work the company has handled. The employer then reviews a record of what you did.

What will I do?

You open an invitation link. You need no account. You read a company-specific orientation and guidance, then work inside the environment: you read records, write messages and take actions. Your actions can have immediate and delayed consequences. You are working in an environment prepared for hiring, not in the employer’s live systems, and you can leave work honestly unfinished. The session has a time limit.

What should I receive?

You should receive the orientation and context reasonably needed to approach the work, and you should not be expected to guess procedures you could only know by already working there. Company-provided guidance is available in the environment. Your questions and actions are preserved as part of the work.

What is recorded, and who sees it?

  • Every action you take and every message you write inside the environment is recorded, kept and shown to the employer as Replay.
  • The records you open are logged.
  • The employer who invited you sees Replay through its company login.
  • Calavion staff can technically access the data.
  • Calavion does not record your screen, your webcam or your keystrokes.

No retention period is enforced today, so none can be stated here. Requests about your data are handled by hand. Ask the employer named in your invitation, who will involve Calavion where needed. This page is not a legal privacy notice.

What can the employer review?

Replay shows what was available to you, your exact messages, the records you opened, the actions you took, what changed as a result and any work left open. It is a record for a person to read. See Replay.

Calavion does not currently produce automatic scores, applicant rankings or hiring decisions. Employers inspect the work and make the decision.

One piece of work is one source of evidence

A Calavion environment does not prove everything about you or guarantee a hiring outcome. The employer makes the hiring decision and may consider other information.

Questions applicants may have

Do I need to know the company’s tools and policies already?

No. The environment should give you what the responsibility needs.

Is this a personality or intelligence test?

No. Calavion focuses on the work you do in the environment. It does not claim to uncover your personality or judge your intelligence.

Is there one correct path?

Not always. Some rules may be fixed while several approaches are reasonable. The employer reviews the work, its consequences and any conversation afterwards.

What if I need an adjustment?

Ask the employer named in your invitation. Calavion’s environment has no built-in accommodation feature, so the employer decides how to handle your request.

Who should I contact with a question?

The employer or hiring team named in your invitation.
