What does an employer provide?

A situation your team has already handled, with the records, context and guidance a person in that role would have had. You do not need to write an exercise. Calavion prepares the environment with you from the work you bring, and Calavion does not connect to your systems: you provide exports and files.

What does Calavion prepare?

Calavion prepares the environment by hand with your team. Files you provide are used for preparation and are never shown to applicants. Material you provide has already left your own systems, so Calavion reviews it and replaces identifying details before an applicant sees the case, and you approve the result. This is a manual step, not automatic redaction.

How does approval work?

You review the full prepared case before any applicant sees it: starting records, available actions, consequences, delayed messages and possible endings. You approve an exact version. Approved versions do not change, and a later revision needs its own review.

When do applicants enter?

Once a version is approved you invite applicants with a link. They need no account. Each invitation is tied to the version approved at that time.

What does an employer receive?

Replay: the applicant’s exact messages, the records they opened, the actions they took, delayed messages and consequences, the recorded state after events, and outstanding work. You can also record your own observations and interpretations against the approved requirements. See Replay.
