Calavion is an early company. We would rather tell you how we know things than ask you to trust a claim.
What exists
The method (bring, prepare, approve, work, Replay, decide), the product applicants and employers use, a published applicant notice, the cancellation case as a worked example, and our research plan. The product and the applicant workspace are in English.
What we do not yet have
Published customer results, independent validation, or a study of whether observed work predicts anything. We do not claim them. Calavion does not give applicants an overall score, generate an ordered shortlist, or recommend whom to hire. The employer orders its shortlist; the software checks that order against approved criteria and asks for a reason where it conflicts.
