Try Calavion starts with a short conversation about your role. Tell us the role you hire for and the work it involves, and we will reply by email and walk you through Calavion on that role.
- Applicants work a realistic exercise built from the real work of the role.
- You read a record of what each person did, step by step.
- People on your team make the decision. Calavion does not decide for you.
